Serpentine Hat - Digital Sewing Pattern

The Serpentine Hat is an easy and quick design to sew. 

Available in four sizes - XS to L (21in to 24in / 53.5cm to 61cm)
Suitable for advanced beginner sewers and above.

Suggested Fabric:

Main: Denim, canvas, cotton drill, other medium/heavy weight woven fabrics that hold their structure. 

Lining: Medium/heavy weight structured woven fabrics

Fabric Needed:

For fabric with a width of 120cm or over

Main fabric – 40cm.

Lining – 40cm

If you’re using a patterned fabric with a repeat that you’d like to match, you may need more fabric than what is suggested above. Use your discretion.

Ensure your fabric is washed and pre-shrunk before cutting.

Notions: 

Thread, Optional: 40cm Interfacing - If you'd prefer a stiffer brim.

Finished Brim Width: 12cm / 4.7 inches

This digital pattern comes with an illustrated set of instructions, a printing and assembling guide and a PDF file for printing at home, designed to fit both A4 and Letter sized paper.  It also comes with an A2 size file for the copy shop.

Download and save these files to a desktop or laptop computer. Not suitable for smart phones and iPads unless you have the correct program to open a zip folder.
