Davis Crossbody Vest - Digital Sewing Pattern

The Davis Crossbody Vest is a fully lined vest/bag hybrid. The asymmetrical design fits over one side of the torso and swoops down to snap together at the waist. It features one
internal pocket with a zipper opening and is finished with press stud closures.
This pattern is for woven fabrics.
The Davis Crossbody Vest has been drafted on three different blocks.
The design lines and style are the same, but the fit has been changed to suit the different body shapes.
Suitable for intermediate sewers and above.

Suggested Fabrics: 

Main fabric: Denim, canvas - structured mid to heavy weight fabrics
Lining Fabric: Mid weight woven fabrics - cotton, linen etc.

Notions:

- Matching thread to your fabric

- 1 x 25mm (1in) D ring

- 4cm (2in) of 25mm (1in) webbing
(You can make your own strap from the main fabric if you’d prefer)

- 2 x snap fasteners

- 1 x 15cm (6in) closed end zipper (Block 1 and Block 2)
1 x 16cm (6.3in) closed end zipper (Block 3)

- Light to mid weight iron on interfacing for reinforcing zip opening and snaps.

This digital pattern comes with an illustrated set of instructions that includes the size chart and finished measurement guide, a printing and assembling guide,  and two options for printing – a PDF file for printing at home, designed to fit both A4 and Letter sized paper (30 - 32 pages depending on what block you choose) and a large format PDF file (2 A0 size pages) to take to the copy shop if you’d prefer not to assemble multiple sheets.

This is a layered PDF - it is recommended to print only the size/s you need.

These files are to be opened and saved on desktop or laptop computers- not suitable for smart phones or tablets unless you have the correct program to open a zip folder.
