Johns Pants - Digital Sewing Pattern

Johns Pants are a classic mens pant with two views. Both views feature a fly front with a
zipper, button closure on the waistband, slash pockets and patch pockets on the back. View A is a flat front pant, with a semi straight leg and View B has a pleated front with a slightly looser fit on the leg.

This pattern is for woven fabrics.

Suitable for intermediate sewers and above.

This pattern has been drafted on a menswear block for a height of 5’10
The waistband is designed to sit below the natural waist. This is a mid rise pant.

The thigh measurement within the Finished Garment has been taken from 5cm below the crotch curve.

It’s recommended to make a toile first from inexpensive fabric to work out any fitting
alterations you may need, before cutting into your chosen fabric.

This pattern comes with an illustrated set of instructions that includes the size chart and finished measurement guide, a printing and assembling guide,  and two options for printing – a PDF file for printing at home, designed to fit both A4 and Letter sized paper (38 pages per view). And a large format A0 PDF file (2 pages) to take to the copy shop if you’d prefer not to assemble multiple sheets.
